The menu is concise yet dramatic and extends from lunch through to dinner. Its influences mostly come from Italy, France, Portugal and Greece and are made with quality seasonal Australian produce.
This culinary combination results in shareable starter dishes such as the Moreton Bay Bug Tortellini, Steak Tartare served with cured yolk and potato crisp, and Snail Risotto served with garlic and parsley butter. Larger dishes include their gnocchi which is made in house and served with pumpkin, zucchini and hazelnut cream. The Lamb Rump is genius; it’s dished up with eggplant, tahini and cracked wheat.Featured alongside a collection of creative signature cocktails, there are drops from all over Australia and New Zealand and a few from France, Spain and Macedonia. Dessert could see you having a Creme Brûlée served with biscotti. Or, you could get the spread of cheeses, crackers and accompaniments. Atelier Brasserie are known for their cheese boards!
