This sophisticated multi-level venue in Newstead is perfect for lively evenings, after-work drinks and lazy afternoons. Enjoy a spritz on their sun-soaked deck before heading into their tropical plant-filled bar. As the name suggests, the interior is exceptional, designed by Bea Berry. Think curved arches, pastel pinks, striking gold accents and a stunning use of teal.The kitchen, led by head chef Matthew Wrench, creates a menu full of snackable share plates and larger dishes with packed with locally-sourced ingredients. The most irresistible dishes include the Tuna Loin Burger made up of prosciutto, semi-dried heirloom tomatoes, wakame remoulade, watercress on a potato bun, and the Western Australian Octopus made with green tomato gazpacho, caramelised apple, saffron chilli oil, roasted cauliflower florets and micro coriander. Oysters, halloumi chips and Coconut-Crusted Drunken Prawns are a must-order.Much like the fit-out, the cocktail list is exotic. Quench your thirst with a gorgeous cocktail like the Hello Gorgeous Gimlet made with dry gin, Lillet Blanc, lime and a dash of Jägermeister. You could also opt for beer or choose from over 40 different wines. There’s French plonk and plenty of bubbles too.
