Brisbane, we know you love your burgers any which way.

From brioche-cased and full of brie to monster-sized and full of everything, you’ll take a loving bite of any burger. One thing’s for sure: you certainly know a good burger when you taste one! New to EatClub, Miss Kay’s Burgers on George Street in the CBD stack up American-inspired, wow-inducing burgers that will satisfy your burger-urges.Miss Kay's BurgersThe team behind the menu are far from starved of innovation and know exactly which classic burger ingredients will outlive the burger trends. Mac’n’cheese is considered a classic burger ingredient now, according to Miss Kay’s. The menu also includes wings, salads, dirty fries, shakes and Miss Kay’s ice cream sandwiches.

The M.K Special is this burger joint’s ‘must-try’ burger. It features a beef patty, maple bacon, onion rings, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, mayo and sweet bbq sauce. There’s a vegetarian option – called The Token Vegan – made up of a sweet potato and chickpea patty, mozzarella sticks, roasted peppers, lettuce, vegan aioli and tomato chipotle relish. It’s just as moreish as its meaty friends.

Miss Kay's BurgersMiss Kay's BurgersFor the more adventurous burger lovers, you could opt for the Poutine Burger – which teams a beef patty with haloumi, bacon, gravy and fries – or you could conquer a burger with five Miss Kay’s patties, five slices of cheese, lettuce, tomato and M.K sauce and a double portion of super saucy fries on the side. The challenge is to polish your tray off in under 15 minutes. Doable? It’s hard but it’s certainly been done; those who complete the carb-loaded, cheesy task end up on the rather crowded wall of fame.
