Welcome to EatClub’s Terms and Conditions. EatClub is an online platform and mobile application. Because the Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, please read them carefully.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to the EatClub Pay digital prepaid card (“the EatClub Pay Card”). The EatClub Pay Card is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 (“EML”) and distributed by Vault Payment Solutions Group Pty Ltd, ABN 66 632 373 105 (“Vault”). In these Card terms and conditions, “we”, “us” or “our” means EML and Vault; and “you”, “your” or “user” means the cardholder. If you acquire the EatClub Pay Card you will have a contract with us.

When dining out on an EatClub offer, please ensure you follow these dining rules to ensure your offer remains valid.
Your EatClub walk-in offer will become invalid otherwise. Venues create these offers when they have spare tables to fill, so you shouldn't need a reservation. In the event the venue is busy, you may have to wait for a free table.
No need to tell staff you have an offer. It's completely automated with the EatClub digital card.
Your EatClub offer cannot be used in conjunction with existing promotions, such as in-house specials, happy hours, or offers from deal platforms.
Offer is invalid if you exceed the guest maximum, clearly stated on your redeemed offer.
Otherwise, it can sour our relationship with the venue and result in offers taken down.
