Welcome to EatClub! EatClub is an online platform and mobile application that connects you with great dining deals at participating restaurants and venues. These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, so please read them carefully.
EatClub helps you save money when you dine out. Here's the basics:
Open the EatClub app to see available dining deals near you. Offers are created by venues when they have spare tables to fill.
Found somewhere you like? Redeem the offer in the app before you head to the venue.
Walk in, sit down, and enjoy your meal. No need to mention EatClub to staff — your discount is handled automatically.
When it's time to pay, tap your EatClub Card (stored in your Digital Wallet). Your discount is applied instantly, and your registered debit or credit card is charged the discounted amount plus a small service fee.
When you dine at a participating venue without redeeming an EatClub Offer or any other existing promotion, you earn Dining Credit towards future meals through our Loyalty Program. Dining Credit is not earned on transactions where an EatClub Offer discount or any other existing promotion is applied.
Some offers have specific restrictions — dine-in only, max guests, minimum spend, that sort of thing. It's all in the offer details. If you don't follow them, the offer's invalid and we may charge back the discount. No one wants that, so just have a quick read before you redeem.
We keep things fair for everyone. If you break these rules, we'll charge back the offer amount to your card — no warning, it's automatic. Repeat offenders may lose access to offers at that venue or across the platform. You can appeal within 30 days if you think we got it wrong.
When dining out on an EatClub offer, please follow these simple rules to keep your offer valid:
Your EatClub walk-in offer will become invalid otherwise. Venues create these offers when they have spare tables to fill, so you shouldn’t need a reservation. If the venue is busy, you may have to wait for a free table.
No need to tell staff you have an offer. It’s completely automated with the EatClub digital card.
You cannot use any third-party discount, voucher, or promotion (such as Groupon or Entertainment Book) when paying with the EatClub Card, whether or not you are redeeming an EatClub Offer. Any External Discount detected on a transaction (including Loyalty Transactions where no Offer is active) will be automatically removed. See clause 3 for full details.
Offer is invalid if you exceed the guest maximum, clearly stated on your redeemed offer.
Otherwise, it can sour our relationship with the venue and result in offers being taken down.
EatClub charges a small service fee on each transaction, ranging from 1% to 6% of the total (minimum $0.20). This fee is how we keep the platform running.
Free cancellation before your arrival time, otherwise a $6 fee may apply. Every offer has a free cancellation period, giving you flexibility if plans change.
You cannot combine EatClub offers with discounts from other platforms (like Groupon or Entertainment Book). If detected, EatClub will automatically remove the external discount and apply the EatClub discount instead, if any exists. See clause 3 for full details.
Earn Dining Credit on every qualifying transaction. Credit expires 6 months after issue. There are three tiers — Citrus, Saffron, and Caviar — each with increasing benefits.
