EatClub app Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the EatClub Pay digital prepaid card (“the EatClub Pay Card”). The EatClub Pay Card is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 (“EML”) and distributed by Vault Payment Solutions Group Pty Ltd, ABN 66 632 373 105 (“Vault”). In these Card terms and conditions, “we”, “us” or “our” means EML and Vault; and “you”, “your” or “user” means the cardholder. If you acquire the EatClub Pay Card you will have a contract with us.
When we refer to a:
- Digital Wallet we are referring to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay or any other digital wallet provider capable of provisioning the EatClub Pay Card to your Device;
- Device we are referring to a mobile or wearable device that allows you to store or otherwise add a EatClub Pay Card to a Digital Wallet;
- Funding Card we are referring to an eligible credit or debit card provided by you at the time you register within the EatClub app that is used to fund transactions made using the EatClub Pay Card.
EatClub dining rules
When dining out on an EatClub offer, please ensure you follow these dining rules to ensure your offer remains valid.
1. A walk-in offer is NOT a booking
A walk-in offer allows you to dine-out without needing a booking. Venues create these offers when they have spare tables to fill. In the event the venue is busy, you may have to wait for a free table.
2. Shhh, Keep it discr-eat
No need to tell staff you have an offer. It’s completely automated with your EatClub digital card.
3. No double dipping
Not on the table or off it. Your offer cannot be used in conjunction with any others, includes specials.
4. No unwanted guests
Offer is invalid if you exceed the guest maximum, clearly stated on your redeemed offer.
5. Be kind to staff
Otherwise, it can sour our relationship with the venue and result in offers taken down.
