EatClub Refer a Friend — Terms & Conditions

  1. To participate in the referral program, you must have a registered EatClub account with a valid, verified mobile number.
  2. You can refer as many friends as you like, however referrals must be made to people you personally know. Referrals posted on public referral sites or distributed to strangers will be invalidated.
  3. A successful referral means a friend who signs up to EatClub using your referral link, redeems an offer, and successfully completes payment.
  4. A referred friend must be a new EatClub customer. Someone who has never previously created an account or transacted with EatClub.
  5. For each successful referral, you will automatically receive a Dining Credit reward. The reward amount is determined by the region in which your referred friend signs up and completes a qualifying transaction.
  6. Dining Credits will be issued in either the currency of your referred friend's region or the currency of your own region, at an exchange rate determined by EatClub. EatClub reserves the right to determine the currency in which Dining Credits are issued and to amend this at any time without prior notice.
  7. If multiple people refer the same person, only the referral link used during sign-up will be credited. Only one referrer can be attributed per new user.
  8. If your referred friend joins an Offer Share that triggers a boosted group dining offer percentage by virtue of being a new user, the referral bonus will be void and no Dining Credits will be awarded for that referral.
  9. Dining Credit earned through the referral program will expire in accordance with EatClub's standard Dining Credit terms and conditions.
  10. EatClub reserves the right to claw back any referral Dining Credit where the qualifying transaction is subsequently reversed, refunded, or cancelled.
  11. Referral rewards are for the personal use of the account holder only and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
  12. EatClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time. Rewards are subject to EatClub's standard Dining Credit terms.
  13. EatClub reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards where fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible referral activity is suspected.
