Since launching in 2024, Beilan was built by one passionate owner and two dedicated Taiwanese chefs brought together by the same obsession — creating authentic Taiwanese comfort food in Australia. Backed by over 10 years of Taiwanese cuisine experience each, the team created signature dishes like our Lu Ruo Fan (Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice), Wagyu Chili Oil Noodles, and Basil Crispy Chicken. While the flavours are bold and comforting, every dish is made with serious attention to detail — from our braised pork simmered for over 5 hours for its rich, glossy texture, to our house-made chili oil crafted from carefully selected spices, hand-ground and rested overnight for maximum aroma and depth.
