Third Wave BBQ

A monster BBQ pancake stack like no other. Each 30cm huge pancake is filled with slow-smoked brisket, smoked pork belly, and candy bacon. More brisket and bacon are sandwiched between the pancakes. The stack is garnished with a beef rib and more brisket. Topped with our house-made BBQ sauce and maple syrup. Contains around 2 kilograms of meat. Sweet, savoury, meaty delight!

A BBQ thor's hammer is served on top, that's around 3kg of slow smoked meat, basted in our house bbq sauce, planted right in the middle like the world's most outrageous nacho topping.
