Napoli base, fior di latte bocconcini, basil, EVOO, fresh parmesan. At ULLO we serve an artisanal style of pizza. Our signature dough is slow fermented with a unique blend of imported flours that aid in digestion and taste. We cook the dough at a high temperature which creates a maillard reaction which results in a 'char', yes we aim to cook the pizza with this, it's not burnt!
