Get started by downloading the EatClub app, available on iOS and Android. In the app, you will be able to discover offers for dine-in and takeaway of up to 50% off the total bill. Whether it’s dine-in or takeaway, your savings will be applied instantly and automatically to the total bill amount, including booze.
Your EatClub digital card is what you use to tap and pay and get your offer instantly and magically deducted from the total bill. To activate your card you simply redeem a dine-in offer at your selected venue in the EatClub and you’re good to go.
It’s quick and easy to setup. You will be required to do this once you redeem your first dine-in offer. Once setup, this digital card will sit in your Apple or Google wallet and can be easily re-used every time you dine with EatClub.
Let’s be honest, chatting to staff about getting your offer applied to your bill isn’t ideal. Being discreet will make your experience more straightforward for you and less confusing for venue staff.
In some instances, staff may not be aware of the offer. For many of our restaurants, the owner will create the offer and put it straight onto the EatClub Marketplace. There is no need for them to train their staff as your offer is completely automated when you tap and pay with your EatClub digital card.
Keeping the offer to yourself also ensures that you’re treated the same as any other guest in the venue and there are no mistakes when staff are applying your offer at the end of your experience.
